The Willows dock measures 8 feet in width and extends over 50 feet into the Bateau Channel offering plenty of space for visiting boats. At the end of the dock is a swim ladder where the water is clear and approximately 10 feet in depth to the limestone rock river bottom.

Situated on the north shore of Wolfe Island, looking out over the Bateau Channel, the Willows cottage is bordered by mature trees and thick lawns. The property is dotted with several perennial flower gardens. There is a small shallow beach perfect for kids and launching kayaks and paddleboards.

Perhaps the favourite place on the whole property is the expansive deck facing the St. Lawrence river that measures 40 x 20 feet. There is a stone patio on the east end of the building where the barbeque and firepit are located. The cottage's south side has a large porch which boasts a wonderful view of the morning sunrise.
